Environmental Advocates Hayes On Troy’s Lead Pipes

The disclosure that many water pipes in the City of Troy contain harmful levels of lead has led city residents to demand that officials finally take action, especially after the city has been siting on grant funding for the issue for years. Rob Hayes, the Clean Water Director of Environmental Advocates, provides an update on the Troy situation as well as an overview of the problem statewide. With Mark Dunlea for Hudson Mohawk Magazine.
