Earthjustice Wants NYS Lawmakers to Protect Community Gardens on Public Land

Earthjustice is helping with a coalition effort to pass state legislation (A4139A/S629A) to provide additional protection for community gardens located on public property. Alexis Andiman and Ashley Ingram, two Sustainable Food and Farming program attorneys with Earthjustice, talk with Mark Dunlea of the Hudson Mohawk Magazine.
