Tandra LaGrone is in her 18th year as CEO of In Our Own Voices which serves the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people of color and their friends and families. In Our Own Voices is celebrating its 25th anniversary and is still very much full of energy! Tandra spoke with correspondent Marsha Lazarus about the passion and pride she brings to her role and her thoughts on how she has grown the organization from a one-person operation to a staff of 26 (when at full capacity).
