Retired National Weather Service meteorologist Hugh Johnson spoke with Brea Barthel and Sina Basila Hickey about the winter storm coming to the capital region on Monday night/ Tuesday morning. It’s Pie Day (3-14), and Brea asked about the storm back from 2017. She also asked about specific weather terminology and if spring is on its way.
