Sheridan Hollow in Albany Designated as Brownfield Opportunity Area

The state has declared 106 acres in Sheridan Hollow in Albany as a Brownfield Opportunity Area, The BOA designation means developers will be eligible for tax credits and other incentives to encourage the cleanup of potentially contaminated sites.
