The City of Cohoes is Buying Saratoga Sites

The City of Cohoes recently announced that it will respond to the ongoing problems with pollution at the Saratoga Sites public house complex across the railroad tracks from the Norlite hazardous waste and aggregate facility by buying the housing, moving people out, and converting it to industrial use. We hear from Joe Ritchie, a resident of the complex who is with Lights out Norlite. With Mark Dunlea for Hudson Mohawk Radio Network.
