Refugee Awareness Week at Russell Sage College

The Women’s Institute at Russell Sage College is holding Refugee Awareness Week from October 17-21, 2022. The Institute’s visiting affiliate scholar Diya Abdo will be a part of refugee-awareness programming throughout the academic year.
Shelly Calabrese, Executive Director of the Women’s Institute at Russell Sage College, and Dr. Diya Abdo, professor, author, and founder of the Every Campus A Refuge (ECAR) initiative, spoke with Hudson Mohawk Magazine’s Sina Basila Hickey.
