Radix’s South End Tree Planting Nov. 12

On Saturday November 12th, the Radix Center will be having a volunteer food tree planting event to plant 50 mature apples, pears, cherries, persimmons, hickories, oaks, and more on the sidewalks along Warren Street, Grand Street, Trinity Place, and the surrounding blocks in the south end of Albany. The food grown on these public trees will be available for free to local residents. Scott Kellogg of the Radix Center talks with Mark Dunlea of Hudson Mohawk Magazine.
