Larry Rulison of TU Discusses NYS Report on Schoharie Limo Crash

The state Inspector General’s report on the missteps made by two state agencies before the 2018 Schoharie limousine crash killing 20 people found that regulators “failed to utilize all legal remedies” at their disposal to stop Prestige Limousine from renting out the doomed stretch Excursion.
