“Indigenous Media-Making: Land, Language, Relationship” with Kahstoserakwathe Paulette Moore

The final event of the MDOCS Co-Creation Initiative Spring 2022 series “Indigenous Media-Making: Land, Language, Relationship” will be a presentation with Kahstoserakwathe Paulette Moore, Indigenous media maker and storyteller and member of the collective The Aunties Dandelion. She spoke with Sina Basila Hickey about the power and dis-empowerment of the mainstream media, language changing one’s perspective, and how Indigenous storytelling is unique.
