Foraged Food Festival Comes to Troy

From May 25 through May 28, beginner and expert foragers — and those who are curious about foraging — will gather in Troy for a food festival celebrating wild-found foods. Participants will get to taste dishes created by local restauranteurs and learn how to forage their own food. Hudson Mohawk Magazine correspondent Corinne Carey spoke with Nadine Medina, one of the organizers of the festival, about the event. Listeners can learn more and volunteer to help by visiting foragednewyork.org.
