Cohoes Plans Floating Solar Panels
The City of Cohoes is pursuing a plan to install a floating photovoltaic system on the city’s reservoir, one of the first of its kind in the nation. Hudson Mohawk Magazine correspondent Corinne Carey visited the site and spoke with Cohoes City Planner Joseph Seman-Graves about the project.
