1400 Black Flags to Represent Ukraine

Anna Allen, a local Ukrainian woman, has been working on efforts against the invasion of Ukraine since the beginning. She spoke with Sina Basila Hickey about her upcoming demonstration in Washington D.C., how the idea came about, and why ending this war is important.
