Youth Employment Program at Radix Center

The Radix Ecological Sustainability Center has a robust youth employment that incorporates communal meals and educational discussions with physical tasks to ensure that youth don’t only DO but also understand the WHY. Ben Atwood, agricultural educator at the Radix Center, spoke with HMM’s Sina Basila Hickey to give a deeper understanding of how their youth employment program is set up and to encourage other non-profits to replicate their model.
