Reclaiming History – Nine Pin Cider – Part 2

In Part 2 of this segment of Reclaiming History, Lovonia Mallory interviews Josh Whelan, Director of Sales & Marketing for Nine Pin Cider, “New York’s First Farm Cidery.” Lovonia gets a tour of the cidery and discuses, the cider making process, bottling, and packaging, of Nine Pin’s signature ciders.
According to Nine Pin Cider website they, “highlight the incredible variety and quality of New York agriculture while also supporting local farms and orchards with a selection of specialty ciders using fresh, local ingredients.” They are open Mon – Thurs 11-9pm, Fri & Sat 11-10pm, and Sun 11-7pm. They are located at 929 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207.
