Tour of the Community in Norlite Incinerator’s Shadow for Halloween

Lights Out Norlite, the community activist group working to shut down the Norlite hazardous waste incinerator in Cohoes, is offering a Halloween community tour on Oct. 30 to show area residents the plants and surrounding neighborhood. Alexis Goldsmith, one of the group’s organizers, discusses the current status of Lights Out Norlite’s efforts, along with activities planned for the event.
