McPheeters South End Collaborative Albany COVID Recovery Funds

The South End Community Collaborative is a four-year old effort to help revitalize the south end of Albany. a low-income community of color. We talk with Tom McPheeters about how the City’s receipt of federal funds from COVID can assist with issues such as affordable housing and jobs and what impact the state’s $200 million investment in the Port of Albany for offshore wind tower manufacturing might have.
