Lincoln Towers Evictions

Albany Housing Authority is planning to demolish the three high rise apartment blocks it owns and manages on the edge of Lincoln Park, known as the Lincoln Towers. They explained what was happening, and timelines for action, at a recent South End Community Collaborative meeting. Paul Smart reports.
