President Biden has headed off to the COP26 world climate summit in Glasgow after announcing that he had a “framework” to move his Build Back Better (BBB)budget ideas on climate and social spending. Howie Hawkins, the recent Green Party candidate for President who first proposed a Green New Deal back in 2010, discusses whether BBB is adequate to solve the climate crisis and addresses the key issues to be dealt with in COP26.
