Green Party Tonko Tuesday Green New Deal Public Power

At this week’s Tonko Tuesday, Peter LaVenia, Co-Chair of the Green Party of NYS, discussed the Ecosocialist Green New Deal and public power. PAUSE and other climate groups hold a vigil outside Congressmember Tonko’s office in Albany every Tuesday at noon to focus attention on the need for him to be a climate champion, to oppose fossil fuels and to drop false climate solutions from his CLEAN Futures Act.
