Fish Market Asks the Community, What Do You Need in an Art Space?

The Fish Market in North Central Troy was repurposed into a community-driven artist-in-residency. HMM’s Sina Basila Hickey went to visit Meg Jala, the current artist in residence. Meg spoke about the need for communities to have access to art as a means of connection, exploration, healing, and self-expression.
