Professor David Bond on PFAS Panel

David Bond is a leading PFAS researcher and professor at Bennington College. He will join a panel on PFAS Incineration hosted by Cancer Free Economy Network on Wednesday, Dec. 8 at 6:30 p.m. EST.

In 2020, the Capital Region learned that the Norlite hazardous waste incinerator in Cohoes, NY had burned PFAS-containing firefighting foam from 2018 through 2019 (bennington.edu/afff). The consequences of that burning are not yet fully known.
