Calsolaro Talks Garbage in South End Albany

In 2009 Waste Management lost their bid to take municipal garbage at their transfer station in the South End of Albany, which is designated an environmental justice community due to myriad pollution problems, including diesel emissions from trucks. We talk with local resident and former city council member Dominick Calsolaro about the company’s latest proposal. By Mark Dunlea for Hudson Mohawk Radio Network.
