We start off tonight’s show with Jeff Deskovic, a man who was wrongfully imprisoned for over a decade, on criminal justice reform and the albany district attorney primary.

Then, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement is being taken to court by New York legal organizations over unsafe conditions the Batavia detention center in Buffalo.

And later on, protests continued in Albany through Monday. WOOS correspondent Paul Smart brings the story from Arbor Hill and West Hill neighborhoods.

After that, we continue our conversation with Dr. Alice Green, Executive Director of The Center for Law and Justice and Albany, as we discuss protests, police, and the role of social media.

Finally, we wrap up the show with Sam Fein, democratic primary candidate for NYS Assembly, as he reacts to the events that took place his neighborhood in South End Albany on Saturday. But first, headlines.
