First, We hear about new legislation being introduced to stop the burning of AFFF (fire suppressant) in NYS.
Then we’ll hear the second part of a two part segment where Roger Hallam, the co-founder of Extinction Rebellion, will discuss his new book.
After that, we’ll hear an update about the Taylor Apartments redevelopment project in Troy, and some community reactions.
Next, HMM Correspondent Spencer Keelber speaks with Paul Fenn about his role in starting Community Choice Aggregates for the communities to bulk purchase clean electricity.
Finally HMM’s Roaming Labor Correspondent, Willie Terry, brings us a report from the “49th NYS Association of Black and Puerto Rican Legislators Conference.”
