Tonight, Rensselaer Resource Recovery LLC has reapplied for permits for a BioHiTech landfill in the City of Rensselaer. We hear an overview of the project from the company given at a public hearing on October 6th.

Then, we’ll hear comments from the DEC and legislators on Rensselaer Resource Recovery’s reapplication for permits for a BioHiTech landfill.

Then, this week’s episode of the Triple E’s features Agnes Pala-BukHala about her story and enterprise.

After that, the 2020 NYS budget includes paid sick leave for most workers. We talk with Kate Leon of Citizen Action.
