MVP Philanthropy

Today we start with a double news bucket, first on the Thursday demonstrations against the Trump administration’s separation of children from their immigrant parents, and then an interview with Assemblymember Bill Colton on renewable energy and climate change. Then, our weekly peace segment features Alice Brody, recently back from a trip to Vietnam. Afterwards, in our weekly sustainability report, we hear from Troy Deputy Mayor in the second of a two part series on solid waste in the city. And later on we talk with Ellen Sax, VP of Community Engagement at MVP Healthcare about building healthier communities.
