Zack Dufresne talks Alliance for Clean Energy

The siting of large-scale renewable energy projects in New York State such as wind turbines and solar farms often faces significant local opposition by residents concerned by visual impacts, noise and possible decrease in property values, among other things. Such opposition undermines the ability of the state to meet the Governor’s goal in transitioning to clean renewable energy. Zack Dufresne is the Director of Communications & Membership of the Alliance for Clean Energy New York to discuss a new report addressing this concern that they wrote along with the The Nature Conservancy.
