Prof. Sara Hsu Talks Carbon Tax with Mark

Next Tuesday October 24 there will be a forum on carbon taxes at the Unitarian Church in Albany, 405 Washington Ave. at 7 PM. The forum is sponsored by PAUSE, Green Education and Legal Fund, Citizen Action and several other groups. We have an interview now with Prof. Sara Hsu to explain what a carbon tax is.
