First, Daniel Lugassy, of the Physicians for National Health Program, talks to Mark Dunlea about the New York Health Lobby Day taking place at the Capitol on March 17th. Then, we hear from D. Colin, a local multi-disciplinary artist, speaking with Sina Basila Hickey about the upcoming Run, Hide, Fight storytelling workshop at The Sanctuary for Independent Media. Later on, retired National Weather Service Meteorologist Hugh Johnson joins us to give a recap on the winter weather so far and what to expect of the weather this week. After that, Holly McKenna joins Yi Lu to talk about her rich migration journey that spans Cuba, Spain, and Ireland in this week’s Everybody Moves segment. Finally, Erin Blanding speaks with Mae-Ling Lokko, Assistant Professor at Yale School of Architecture, on her work and the intersection between race, design, and STEM education.
