HMM 09 – 03 – 21

Today, on the Hudson Mohawk Magazine,
We begin with a look at what’s at stake in the Troy elections in November, when 38 candidates from five different parties will run for five different offices.
Then, we have a report on local student activism, and look at the September 24th international day of student strikes.
Later on, we look behind the scenes of our program with frequent co-host and producer Caelan McPherson. Hear why he’s involved with this program, and what it means to him.
After that, the producer of the film on Mohawk Indians called “Pioneer Days: Fire in the Valley” tells us about the project. The film will be playing at Troy Public Library on September 8th.
Finally, get a sneak preview of the upcoming season for Friends of Chamber Music.
