Abu Zeyn to Perform Egyptian Spiritual Jazz at Media Sanctuary

Abu Zeyn is a child of the Nile River and the Arabian Desert. His ears were raised on the sounds of braying donkeys, the call to prayer and tuktuk soundsystems. Over the last year he has returned to his musical roots, and this Friday, Oct 9 he will share his talents on our Media Sanctuary stage. Sina Basila Hickey spoke with him about his journey and inspirations in music. Learn more here: www.mediasanctuary.org/event/abu-zeyn/
