Troy City Council Meeting 9/17/2026

Last week the Troy City Council held a meeting to discuss ongoing planning and projects with the Deputy Mayor. They also held public comments and voted on Local Law 3. A law that would limit Troy PD’s use of the cities Flock Cameras and any future ALPR systems. The council concluded the meeting by voting to override Mayor Mantello’s veto of Local Law 4. A law that limits mayoral power to declare an emergency. Further aligning the cities definition of emergency declarations to that of the state.
