28th Annual Kateri Peace Conference August 15

The 28th annual Kateri Peace Conference, titled – Weaving A Tapestry of Renewal, Resilience and Transformation – will take place Saturday, August 15, 2026. Beginning at 9 am. It will be at the Saint Kateri Tekakwitha National Shrine & Historic Site in Fonda. After covering the Nuremberg Trials, Hannah Arendt observed how loneliness preceded fascism in Germany finding it was one of the pivotal preconditions for fascism. The conference will explore how to respond to the disharmony and disconnection at the center of our present political-economic system.
