The Valuable Ecosystem of the Albany Pine Bush Preserve

The Pine Bush is a unique ecosystem. This area is important in protecting many species of plants and animals, including the endangered karner blue butterfly and the blue lupin it relies on for survival. Prescribed fires is one way that this preserve helps this ecosystem to thrive. Neil A.
