March 17 Rallies for Climate. Immigration, Tax the Rich, Health Care

On Tuesday, March 17th, there were several large rallies at the state capitol. First, we have two speakers from the youth TREEage 1000 person rally on climate change, immigrant rights and tax the rich. In part 2 of our coverage, we hear from Guadalupe of Make the Road and Assemblymember Marcela Mitaynes. We then hear from Lana Leonard of ACT UP Trans Working Group about NY Health, a single-payer universal health care bill that covers all New Yorkers while eliminating co-pays, premiums and deductibles..
