Corinne Carey on Medical Aid in Dying Act

The NYS Legislature has passed the Medical Aid in Dying Act, which would give terminally ill individuals in pain the option of a physician assisted suicide. The Governor has indicated that she wants several changes in the law before she will agree to sign it.
