MLK Celebration 2022: Poet Ian Macks
On January 17, 2022 from 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm EST, The Sanctuary for Independent Media, in collaboration with a diverse group of Troy community and labor organizations, is hosting a virtual celebration of Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. featuring speakers, a round table discussion, and readings from local writers and poets.
HMM producer Jody Cowan spoke with poet Ian Macks about his art, and his inclusion in this year’s celebration.
