Artist Rachel Baxter Shares Gratitude Through Pandemic Mural

A special pandemic-inspired mural continues its tour around the Capital Region this week. HMM Producer Jeremy Clowe caught up with artist Rachel Baxter to learn more about her work, and what she hopes it will offer the local community that she loves.
