Troy Mayor Patrick Madden’s State of the City Address 2020 [Radio Version]

Troy Mayor Patrick Madden delivered his State of the City Address on Wednesday, February 5. If there was a theme to the address, it was optimism tempered by managing Trojan expectations. The mayor focused on infrastructure; housing & development in all of Troy’s neighborhoods; how climate change is both impacted by and impacts our lives in the Collar City; crime rates and city services; sustainability; and public engagement. Hudson Mohawk Magazine correspondent Corinne Carey was there and brings us this report, with excerpts from the mayor’s speech. The entirety of the mayor’s speech is posted on our website at mediasanctuary.org..
