Troy Mayor Patrick Madden delivered his State of the City Address on Wednesday, February 5. If there was a theme to the address, it was optimism tempered by managing Trojan expectations. The mayor focused on infrastructure; housing & development in all of Troy’s neighborhoods; how climate change is both impacted by and impacts our lives in the Collar City; crime rates and city services; sustainability; and public engagement.
