The Social Workers – Foster Care Youth & Higher Education

In episode 77 of The Social Workers Talk Show, hosts Eric Hardiman and Alyssa Lotmore are joined by Sarah Mountz and Selena Snow to speak about barriers to foster youth in higher education. Sarah Mountz is an Assistant Professor at UAlbany’s School of Social Welfare and a faculty advisor of Fostering Leaders of Our World (FLOW), a UAlbany student group composed of students with foster care backgrounds and their allies. Selena Snow is the student Vice President of FLOW.

The Social Workers is a live radio show hosted by Dr. Eric Hardiman and Alyssa Lotmore of the UAlbany School of Social Welfare. Their mission is to use radio to educate and enlighten their university and extended communities about social work trends and current practices provided by social workers.
