The Drive-Thru Food Pantry in Troy, NY: An Effort to Address Food Insecurity Amidst COVID-19

HMM producer Anna Steltenkamp speaks with Mark Emanatian, the coordinator of the Drive-Thru Food Pantry happening in Troy, New York on Monday, July 13. The event will be held at the Lansingburgh Boys & Girls Club (501 4th Avenue, Troy, New York 12182). Volunteers are needed at 8:00am and the food distribution begins at 10:00am and will last until the food is gone. Listen in to learn about this particular event, and to learn more about the issue of food insecurity and efforts to combat this issue in local communities.
