Jessica Bennett of Friends of the Mahicantuck speaks with HMM’s correspondent Andrea Cunliffe about preserving the historically significant land that borders the Hudson River in north Troy NY. This is a historical indigenous site in Lansingburgh, NY – important to the Mahican People.

Jessica speaks of the efforts to bring this land into long-term preservation with a trust for all indigenous peoples, the public good, as well as the entire community.
