Riverkeeper George Jackman on Dam Removals

Dr. George Jackman works for Riverkeeper as an advocate for dam removals along the Hudson River Estuary. Hudson Mohawk Magazine correspondent Steve Pierce spoke with him as the City of Troy ponders what to do with the failing dam at Mt. Ida on the Poestenkill.
