Renee Powell, host of “Lifting Voices” and President of Troy Branch of NAACP interviews Rev. Donna Elia to discuss the effect of COVID-19 on the Rensselaer County Summer Youth Program. Rev. Elia is the Executive Director of Troy Area United Ministry (TAUM), a human service organization that is located in South Troy. TAUM sponsors a program for youth employment and development, Computer for Kids, that is supported in part by the Rensselaer County Summer Youth program.
