Red X Roundtable

Local officials from Albany city and county came together with representatives from various state agencies, real estate financiers and developers and the general public to discuss the prevalence of Red Xes on vacant buildings in the area, and the issues that underlie the phenomenon, as well as ways to meet such challenges, at a Historic Albany Foundation event held at the North Albany Branch of the Albany Public Library this past week.
