RAD: Reporters and Activists Dialogue on Immigration

Mayday Space and The Intercept recently presented the 1st edition of the RAD: Reporters and Activists Dialogue–a series on the topic of Immigration. WOOC correspondent, Elizabeth Press, was in Brooklyn for the panel. The event started out with an introduction by Ali Gharib, a senior news editor at the Intercept.

BENJAMIN NDUGGA-KABUYE, a Research and Advocacy Manager at Black Alliance for Just Immigration,

KEMAH GEORGE the Community Engagement Manager at The New York Immigration Coalition.

LUBA CORTÉS ­the Immigrant Defense Coordinator at Make the Road New York.

RAVI RAGBIR, a NYC immigrant rights activist who has helped thousands of people as an organizer and now as the Executive Director of the New Sanctuary Coalition of New York City.
