Steck Stock Transfer Tax 9’53 News 8-31-2020

With the COVID crisis slashing state revenues and forcing cutbacks in local services, lawmakers are scrambling for ways to raise money. Assemblymember Phil Steck thinks we should stop rebating the stock transfer tax and use it short term to bailout out NY, while long term investing in infrastructure and green projects.
