Troy DSA FOI Police Discipline 10’15 News 7-29-2020

Troy DSA has filed a Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) requests with the city of Troy for the disciplinary records of multiple police officers considered brutal by community members, including info related to the killing of Edson Thevenin. State lawmakers just repealed the law which had blocked the public from seeing police disciplinary records. Mark Dunlea of Hudson Mohawk Radio Network talked with Sean Collins of DSA.
