The Green and Libertarian Parties have jointly filed suit to throw out the ballot access laws adopted by Governor Cuomo and state legislators to largely get rid of third parties in NYS. WFP, Conservatives and SAM have also filed suit. We talk with Cody Anderson of the Libertarians and Peter LaVenia of Green Party.
